Chaster's dining room provides a menu to suit just about everyone's needs. Choose from freshly made farm-fresh crisp salads, succulent seafood, and mouth-watering meats including Steak Oscar, Steak Diane - seared Halibut and more. Our chefs prepare everything from scratch using the best and freshest ingredients.
Salad dressings are made with organic oils - flax, olive and sesame & apple cider vinegar - plus fresh organic herbs. We use honey in place of sugar where possible, and only the finest sea salts available.

Your meal will be a delight to the eye, the mind and your palette. Choose from à la carte, 4 course prix fixe menus, to our 7 to 8 course chefs tasting menus at market prices. We can match any budget for quality and healthy cuisine. We will exceed your dining experience… this we guarantee!
