 salad of organic gathered greens 

 toasted hazelnuts, gorgonzola, honey & hazelnut dressing

then -  

 seared fillet of wild halibut

or

spring lamb (june 6 selection)

char-grilled AAA beef tenderloin (june 9 selection)

or

roast breast of free run chicken

olive oil potato mash, carrot puree, seasonal vegetables & select au jus for above dinners

or 

seafood Velouté

selection of mussels, halibut, prawns, scallops, salmon in a light cream soup  

vegetarian option (on request in advance - please advise ahead)   

 

chocolate tart and panna cotta

a lovely duo of chocolate ganache and in house vanilla cream
