Chasters Wine Cellar
All good restaurants - deserve a fine wine cellar - and created in our champagne reception room - is Chasters cellar with over 1,000 bottles from our local BC wineries of Burrowing Owl to the creme de le creme of Australia's Penfolds Grange.
As you enter the cellar the aroma of fresh cut cedar permeates throughout. The Cellar is at the perfect temperature of 55 degrees, holding the wine in a slow aging state.

The cellar also includes luscious California wines of the Seghesio Zinfandels, Darioush and Caymus Cabernet Sauvignons, Pinot Noirs from Oregon, the best wines from Washington State - Leonetti and Dellile cellars...
The wine list includes notables Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand - and of course some of the best of the best from Chile, Spain and Italy.
